We are looking for a self-driven Support lead that will establish a support organisation for the AI Prediction platform used by customers of all sizes from SMB to corporates.
* Making sure that all customer tickets/issues are handled.
* Handling complex issues and replicating issues in Test environment.
* Communicating with customers using different means like email, phone, etc.
* Joining regular sessions with technical teams.
* Managing and leading Junior support team members.
* Maintenance of documentation for the production platforms.
* Leading customer process improvements.
Requirements and Skills:
* At Least 3 years of experience in customer support.
* Very good written and spoken English.
* Strong customer focus.
* Willingness to learn and work with customers on the cutting edge that is utilizing artificial intelligence.
* Experience with the translation of customer requirements into technical language.
* Understanding of the IT sector.
